Especially as we get older, physical changes and health conditions — and sometimes the medications used to treat those conditions — make falls more likely. In fact, falls are a leading cause of injury among older adults.
And regardless of age, falling during sports or just daily life can lead to injury.
There is help! In this workshop, you’ll learn exercises that focus on three systems that reduce your risk of falling and vertigo episodes.
